In my early thirties, life looked perfect—I was married to my supposed soulmate, raising two daughters, and running a successful small business. But beneath the surface, I felt disconnected from my marriage and myself. I kept busy, focused on my daughters and took up long-distance running, trying to escape the growing sense that my life and soul felt out of sync.

At 36, I made the hardest choice of my life: to face the heartbreak I couldn’t outrun and start over as a single mom.

Years later, I remarried a widower with four children of his own, and together we blended our big, beautiful, complicated family. After our youngest left home, I found the courage to confront the unresolved emotional aftermath of my own drawn-out, high-conflict, combative divorce. I saw clearly the missteps, the regrets, the choices I wish I’d made differently, and the strength I didn’t know I had.

That reckoning sparked a calling: to become the supportive, practical divorce coach I wish I’d had. I blend my extensive training with real-life lessons to guide you through every step—minimizing trauma, reducing costs, and helping reduce stress.
